Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.

Return Policy

Apricot Seeds & Seed Meal
Due to the perishable nature of apricot seeds and strict food safety regulations, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. All sales of seeds and seed meal are final.

Supplements & Cosmetics
Eligible dietary supplements and cosmetic products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging with the tamper-evident seal fully intact and unbroken.
